POPPI VS OLIPOP

We are all aware of the new "sodas" entering the market. These sodas market themselves as a healthy alternative to traditional soda while providing prebiotics. With two major brands prevalent everywhere, what exactly are they? Are they genuinely healthy? Which is better?

While similar in nutritional value, the main difference lies in the prebiotic composition of each soda. Poppi uses apple cider vinegar as its prebiotic. There isn't much research to support whether apple cider vinegar actually benefits gut health.

Olipop, on the other hand, incorporates a blend of various prebiotics such as cassava root, chicory root, artichoke, nopal cactus, calendula flower, and kudzu root. Additionally, it contains higher amounts of fiber than Poppi, aiding in regulating bowel movements.

In conclusion, both are healthy alternatives to soda, but I believe Olipop has a stronger edge over Poppi concerning gut health.
