Hi all! Welcome to my healthy habits blog where I post about different ways to implement beneficial habits into your everyday life. I am not a professional by any means; I am just a college junior who is passionate about staying active, eating healthy, and practicing habits to keep the mind, soul, and body healthy. Some habits I have incorporated into my life include strength training, daily walking, at-home recipes, book reading, meditation, and yoga.
